From time to time, family members, friends, outside parties, medical providers or clients themselves may have concerns, questions or complaints about something they heard about or experienced during someone's course of care with us. We encourage such concerns to be addressed openly with us, and we strive to resolve such concerns to the satisfaction of the parties involved, in as much is possible without compomising client privacy.

If the concern cannot be resolved through our internal process, a written complaint can be filed with the following entities:
